We make use of a third-party courier service to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Please take note that there may be a delivery delay on products purchased over the weekend or on public holidays.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 10 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this timeframe. Items should be in the original condition, including tags and hygiene labels. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
